Ancillary Administration: The Florida Probate legal process required to be utilized when a non-resident passes away owning assets in the State of Florida. 

Representation of Beneficiaries: 
Quiet often the individuals who will be inheriting from a probate estate or trust are not kept informed as to the status of the proceedings, provided information as to their potential inheritance or provided with annual accountings. My role becomes to obtain this information on your behalf and investigate any wrong doing that have occurred. 

Probate, Will Contests & Inheritance Disputes: Representation and defenses of challenges to a Will or Trust. There are four (4) legal grounds on which a party may contest the validity of a Will or Trust: (1) non-compliance with signing formalities, (2) lack of testamentary capacity, (3) undue influence, and (4) fraud. 

Removal of a Personal Representative: Not all individuals appointed to serve as the personal representative or administrator of a Florida probate estate abide by their legal and fiduciary obligations. When that occurs, legal action must be commenced to remove them and attempt to reclaim the improperly disposed of or misappropriated assets or funds. 

Removal of a Trustee: Not all individuals appointed to serve in a fiduciary capacity as the Trustee of a Florida Trust abide by their legal obligations. When that occurs, legal action must be commenced to remove them and attempt to reclaim the improperly disposed of or misappropriated assets or funds.
